By my numbers the 'stock redemption price' (i.e.the price for issued capital if a monthly payment is paid in stock) will be 13c. However management has sole control over whether this occurs. I am comfortable with that as I know Dom is on the same page as the rest of us re dilution at those levels.
The JGB conversion price (which is something they have control over) is 28.5c-29c.
Not a bad outcome at all.
