NTA increases by around 1% so a marginal improvement for existing holders. Paying $3 for $2.56 NTA doesn't make sense to me, and I don't think there is any premium left to be had in the unit price, so I'm staying out of the current round of placements by several listed funds. But very happy for institutions and others to pour money in to improve the value of my units, even if only marginally. There are plenty of unlisted funds where you can buy in at NTA.
