    I'm interested, but is the claim funded by litigation funding or are we paying out of our own pocket. I see previous releases about term sheets for litigation funding but then they just stopped talking about it...

    If so, why is this not litigation funded? they bring impartial and un-biased viewpoints on the litigation prospects...
