    March 9 (Reuters) - Capital Mining Ltd (CMY)

    • Asx alert-cobalt project acquisition & placement-CMY.AX
    • Has entered into a binding agreement with Maincoast Pty Ltd to acquire scotia cobalt-nickel project
    • Consideration for acquisition 5 mln fully paid ordinary cmy shares for grant of exclusive due diligence/option period
    • Deal also for 50 million fully paid ordinary CMY shares and 25 million options to subscribe for CMY shares for $0.02 each within 3 years
