    June 1 (Reuters) - Capital Mining Ltd (CMY) :

    • Entered into a binding agreement with Wolfhound Lithium to acquire three lithium projects in the republic of Ireland
    • Under the agreement capital will acquire 100% of the issued capital of Wolfhound
    • The consideration for the acquisition is 50 million fully paid ordinary cmy shares upon completion of the acquisition
