Seen a few company's do these investor meetings and days later the stocks start to bomb
Two fund managers, who did not want to be identified when quizzed on the sidelines, both say they turned up to meet the big property managers, who did on-stage and closed door briefings. Charter Hall (and a bunch of its ASX-listed REITs), Mirvac, Stockland, Dexus and Centuria Capital were among them.
