- Centuria Capital Group and Centuria Industrial Reit on a combined basis have acquired a 17% strategic interest in PLG
- Propertylink also notes that CNI & CIP have indicated they will seek to initiate discussions with PLG regarding potential strategic initiatives
- Is not aware of CNI and CIP'S intentions or initiatives
- Co is open to discussions to determine if any strategic initiatives proposed would be in best interest of PLG securityholders.
