I think by outsourcing DLE to G2L in Canada that is pretty well what they are doing. They still keep an interest but it's soon to be over to the Canadians (and Robert Freidman) to get it going. Note that after that they expect to be doing about 18 months of pilot testing (in Calgary) before building a commercial operation and that the capex (of US$2Bn) will be well outside CNQ kilter.(a bit like another SRL).
