Doubt it will get cleared up tomorrow, I think each will come to the table with a % and $ amount scribbled on some paper....swap them, roll eyes, go and think about and reconvene later.........good if you are trying to lower the the price and scoop up more shares, not good for current holders....but as mentioned previously both of these parties negotiated there way to this point...an agreement will be reached down the track..

There are some significant volumes on the buy side......cheap punt if your just coming in and don't have your hands full with baggage
