    So, if I read this correctly, either :


    - They pay their fair share ( 30% ) of expenditure 


    OR


    - Every dollar COB spends will dilute BPLs interest until, in theory, COB has 100%


    Correct?


    I'd be interested in how this formula is structured. Perhaps some clever cookie worked out it would be better to pull up short on the deal and whittle away until there's 100% anyway?
