No, Peylch they are going to pains to tell the market they won't pay. If they don't sort it out, it's arbitration then court. I believe the announcement was to reassure BPL that there is no chance of insolvency or a capital raise in the short term.
I wonder how the percentage for payment works? I imagine it's calculated by the total spent on the project?
