It is good to have a resource but it will not become a reality without funding , money is the most important factor in the equation when building a successful enterprise. This will allow the completion of all the steps to be attractive to obtain a major joint venture partner for the BHCP as mentioned. In this climate it is imperative to gain funding quickly as the market can change overnight , there would definitely be disgruntled shareholders if this occurred . IMO.
