Anyways...Russian gas will be diverted. Pricees ares expected to get higher as we head into European winter as EU scrambles for LNG.
LNG prices will lift domestic prices. The capping of domestic prices will make LNG exports terminals take more local gas to sell in overseas market and create shortages in Australia.
Higher prices stimulates supply domestically but if this is capped it will incentivise exports if the price globally is higher than local prices.
