Using multiples is backward looking, what these figures don't appreciate is the closure of Liddle and Eraring Coal power station in March 2023 and 2025 respectively and the impact that will have on spot gas prices.
I expect EBITDA to be a lot higher with improved production rates and larger profit margins.
