    Well basing off of WDS (held) HY result released I make it an annualized EBITDA multiple of ~8.5x
    (not comparing COE to WDS)

    Using an 8.5x EBITDA multiple for COE FY'23 guidance put MVE ~ (8.5 x 135) = $1.15B ... not far off a double on that basis.
