Could also be that it is a massive task to acquire, align and assimilate all those businesses (along with IT, creating systems and assembling a unified business unit), while at the same time building a full scale lending business. I see this both a ground level build up with massive challenges and perhaps they may wait to say 'look what we've done' rather than 'this is what we're gunna do'.
