Stocking, I note your observation but can't see the problem..........................they put in place the funding for the acquisitions and the deals didn't pass the due diligence test so they made the right call and walked away - sounds like a disciplined mindset to me and builds my confidence in these guys to build a business and generate superior returns for shareholders.
