I am unaware of the finer details regarding any debt covenants.
I may be wrong, but I would be very surprised if there was not some form of security over assets particularly for the $10m loan from the Pure group.
This may be one of the unknowns currently affecting the share price which given the state of the Eastern gas markets should be higher.
In any case, all this should be resolved with FID announcement.
