    It was always going to be 30 days post DoCA. That's what the Administrators work to. Why would Liberty cough up money (and be paying interest on it) ahead of when they need to. Unfortunate for the workers affected but it was always going to be this way. So mid-April the money arrives and everyone should get paid then.
