COL and WOW are hardly a 'duopoly' when they have unlisted foreign-owned Aldi and Costco snapping at their heels, plus listed MTS that supplies IGA supermarkets.
Major fresh food markets such as Melbourne's Queen Victoria Market et al also compete, as does Harris Farm.
