    The end of the last long term debt cycle. Precisely where we find ourselves now.

    Yes markets may bounce in a sharp V shape. We are all in pain. We are all hoping that occurs.

    However, I would caution against too much false hope at this stage. Any sharp V shaped bounce may prove to be the final selling opportunity before the real rot sets in.

    This process has only just started here unfortunately. Mortgage defaults will be the last phase of the deleveraging process.
