Yes, I am thinking about that, did they code share VAH with Virgin Atlantic? did they cooperate on routes, use engineering services or other cooperation? it is a good question.
Additionally, I see that Senator Cormann has said that employees will get the benefit of jobkeeper which if true would be inconsistent with a company that cannot trade out of voluntary administration. In fact, it contradicted Senator Cormann’s earlier statement about VAH being in trouble well before Coronavirus?
That trouble will presumably be investigated by Deloitte and could be the source of Class Actions under the Corporations Act depending on which financial reporting period they were in trouble and their solvency while trading?
