I would agree that the news is good for OBL, as an landholder, but OBL does not have the $$ to get after anyting significant. why did ARC team up with Alcoa, BRU with Mitsubishi or NSE with CP?
OBL teams up with GRK.
As I have said before, OBL will be forced into a firesale if they can't come up with the funds to drill a 'real' well in the Derby block.
