One Tree Point is on Bathurst Island. If so it requires cap ex to move the plant and other equipment & camp across islands. In my opinion they need to put forward a really good case to go there. Look at lethbridge in terms of grade and I don't see the SP or profits getting any better from that. How profitable are these operations? Is it worth investing in? Where are the grades? Tiwi Islands can be problematic for cost blow outs; look at great southern plantations GSP and Matilda Minerals MAL that used to own the leases before financial receivership. Same site manager as MAL by looks of it. Might wait for the approvals in Keysbrook WA. Does anyone have any answers or opinions to share? Am I analyzing this one correctly?
