Mikro - I think you hit the nail on the head... the margins in M&G are huge. So every deal is money to the bottom line. They have a proven, patented product that is not capital intensive. They are not taking on hugley expensive distribution costs.
So even though this might only be worth a few million to ADO, its a few million profit (its not like we need to spend capex to get the product out of the ground!)

So earnings multiples can start.

I don't believe this is the annc we have all been waiting for (thats the exclusive IVD deal !!), but its a huge leap forward in their credentials and will only get more parties interested (hopefully with ink in their pen's).

Looking forward to the following weeks and months in ADO as I think their time has arrived - an overnight sucess over 10 years!!
