70M per year. Royalties of say 3-5% makes annual revenue of $210K - $350K per year. We'll not know the details until we see some quarterlies about a year down the track.
So nothing to get too excited about for right now as a standalone deal. However - the key is that we now have further validation of our technology. MSD deal should start bringing in revenue from next year and we have the ever present Bangs deal.
Slowly but surely - the cash flow is coming in. This will only grow and the next signing will probably be the one that puts us into cashflow positive territory (if its the big one we all think it will be). Then we can factor in PE ratios being applied to our MC and SP will rise to the levels we've all discussed...
From the half yearly - current revenue for the half was $250K. So roughly $500K per year. Cashburn is roughly $3.3M per year. Still a fair way to go if we look only at the numbers. Again the key is the domino effect which we all believe will happen as more and more companies adopt the technology...
