Al1, still not clear to me that the MCC issue ( which is only $16 mill of the total ) is purely related to tax on the $80 mill not received . If it is I apologise in advance, but if thats the case, its the law that stinks not the people working in the ATO whose job it is to see the law carried out. One things for sure, I bet Wayne Swan is smirking from ear to ear, given TS was one of the more outspoken mining entrepreners on the resource tax. I'd like to hear a common sense explanation from a polly as to how it can be fair to charge a tax on income that has never been recieved.re the copper co issue,which is the major part of the bill, it almost reads as TS pleading guilty which doesnt bode well for the sp or CFE future. He now has 2 very signficiant legal issues on his hands which must put doubt in the minds of any company wishing to do business with CFE.
