You are asking that question either because you didn't want to look at recent director holding ANNs or you are trying to make the point that things must be bad otherwise RC would be buying shares for himself.
As things stand now RC owns 6 724 158 shares and 15 862 069 all of which or most of which were given to him as a present at the last AGM.
However bear this in mind, if, as we all suspect RC is deep in negotiations with potential JV patners /farmin partners then it would not be very wise for him to be buying shares now as it would likely fall foul of insider trading laws.
Imagine if he loaded up this week on his personal account and then ANNed a JV that sent the SP soaring, the negotiations behind which he was working on while buying AKK shares.
You will see the dilemma here - if RC is doing his job properly it precludes him from buying shares.
The same goes for all other management of AKK.
