I'm not sure why everybody was so certain there would be an announcement this week. Some thought last week. There's no knowing when the announcement will be out. "Guesses" can be made based on past announcements but there's no reason to believe they will be accurate. And going by past announcements, a new announcement could be as late as the end of the month.
Just relax, be patient and wait for it.
