re: news convertible note At least nice to see Oasis thinks the price is undervalued given the conditions. This represents the opening salvo in what I have been anticipating. Now that the revaluation is complete, we may soon see news of what I hope and expect to see in the way of a PE/TZ cross-stake.

While some may see the timeframe to a NASDAQ listing slipping out to two years, I remain confident that the timetable is much reduced, provided certain factors fall into place. If PE facilitate the float, take a sizeable position (along with other major players) then the majority of the placement shares will be taken so increasing demand for ours in the associated delisting.
