well ytrade... its moved to .037 on NO news and on a day when my whole board is flushed with red!!! someone using a red day to accumulate some more sbl without raising the price too much??? considering the stock usually has low volumes (so one big fish could easily nudge the price quite a way if they werent patient) its the only reason i can think for this action...
