    I think they want to get news out ASAP.


    When you are dealing with big boys you cant play around with time.

    They will get a doc signed as soon as they can .....then they are under ASX obligations of continued disclosure.

    If it happens pre AGM then so be it...

    If it happens post AGM then so be it...

    They will not hold back a signature or announcing with a major for any reason at all!
