From other companies in this small cap resource sector I would say a scam is a possibility such as FAS & PDY but if Crosio didn't know who to go to for 10m euro after his time at Citibank I'd be gobsmacked in a short amount of time we'll know I guess :)
It would be good to see an innovative funding method work for once lol
The 10m euro is a pretty tight budget for DFS they will need to keep tight project cost control or they could blow out.
