re: News: Condor Blanco signs Chilli Iron ore... A key part of my calcs above was terribly wrong- I assumed the $1m EBIT per month was for the total project, so applied 50% as Condors equity share. The financial report indicates that in fact, annual EARNINGS for Condors 50% share will be $10m for 4 to 5 years which is quite incredible. So overall earnings will be roughly $45m instead of my calc of $24m so a much higher value, the question is when will the market recognise this?
Page 15:
"With a mine life of 4 to 5 years, Condor expects to receive earnings of US$10 million each year as its share."
