CP2 already owns 35% so it is hard to see why anyone else would counter bid. CEU is a sitting duck and the directors have recognised that fact. Lets not forget CP2 can creep up 3% every 6 months and take control of CEU without paying a controlling premium in due course.
I would have like to hang on to my CEU holding but I think it is now time to move on.
