This should be a warning to all regarding wills and the public trustee
There was recently a thread on the matter of wills and PoA which raised the question, but the majority of people do not appear to take the matters seriously
It is absolutely essential to make your wishes very clear in your documents and then have someone you trust to be in control of its execution.
It does not need to be a family member,(very often the worst choice) but someone who knows you and your thoughts and will go to bat to get your estate finalized and IMHO that is NEVER the P T
