Western Australian explorer Coziron Resources (ASX:CZR) is heading to market with a capital raising.
The ASX has granted the company a trading halt with its shares placed in pre-open.
Coziron owns three projects known as Yarraloola, KingX-Earaheedy and Buddadoo, which report feed-stock minerals for vertically integrated steel-mills.
The remaining 15% ownership of the projects is retained by the vendor, Mark Creasy.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 4th November, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
