    • SECOND SUPREME COURT OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA YESTERDAY MADE ORDERS APPROVING SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT
    • SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT PURSUANT TO WHICH CRESO PHARMA WILL ACQUIRE 100% OF SHARES IN HEALTH HOUSE
    • EXPECTED THAT HEALTH HOUSE SHARES WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM TRADING ON ASX FROM CLOSE OF TRADING ON 5 MAY 2023
