Probably yes as if you are a recent shareholder you would have paid more than $13.55 but that is assuming the acquisition is a good one or at least the market thinks it is when
trading starts again.
For those hoping to buy some more shares to get more rights the way things are going by the time the TH lifts the shares could be trading ex rights anyway.
