Obviously some instos and retail investors will not be eligible to take up rights for various reasons and in those circumstances some companies doing a CR offer small investors a chance to get some of them. It looks like CPU will be doing a bookbuild to dispose of them so it appears nothing there for retail investors. There may be an opportunity once the rights start trading however as maybe at some point the rights price added to $13.55 represents a reasonable discount on the SP. We will see starting on 29/3.
