Ha ha ha! Lets see the actual numbers for costs and savings that rosy prediction is based on! How massive? At what cost? At what cost premium over non-CPV glass? All just wishful thinking and dreams at present.
Just being a great idea is not the same as being a proven economic fact. Who knows, but it could take more energy to lift those heavy quadruple panel windows up 1000m than they will generate. Go work that one out.
