Large buildings have internal Lifts big enough to take replacement glass panels up and replace glass from the inside of the building. If a Building ever had a damaged glass panel or leaked or just was shedualed for replacement then they could be taken up in the lift and replaced internally.
Retro filling of Glass facades can be done ouside on similar type of suspended fraomes used by window cleaners.

Because Clearvue is developing internal battery for functions ran by the power, they could also make screeder type glass windows that can use the power in the battery to run a cleaning screeder on a timer. So would never need external window cleaners any more.
