Silly from the standpoint that the building needs to be built anyway, and will select insulated glass anyway, so its a no brainer to also get PV Glass that is also insulated, the eight difference would be minimal and also installation difference minimal because in most cases the power generated will be used on the windows themselves for vent open close, sensors, Wifi, Opaque and tint switching, blainds open close etc, and Cimate control using the vents and blinds to manage internal climate control.

One of the greatest costs to run a building is the Aircon, so if this can be reduced with the Clearvue glass its going to save alot of energy over the life of the Building.
