Ok lets talk confident payoff.
The Vicinity trial if fed back to the grid and you get your .12c per Kwh will take roughly 700 years to pay off. If used for power supply to run lights or whatever you save .357c per Kwh you bring it right down to 233 years to pay it of.
What a great ROI. LOL.
Or you could use the new bigger panels that make less power and take even longer to pay it off.
Would you buy windows for your house???
If all you want to read is blue sky forecasts you too can invest in something else or you can put everyone on ignore except CD. HC is for all to use.
