Been thinking about your question and am not really sure. CQE does not seem to attract the short term traders It would not have been those who bought in the recent capital raising. Some of it might be Super funds needing cash to payout the poor souls who need to draw down their super to survive.
My instinct is that they are a good buy at present and I picked up a few more when they dipped below the SPP price.
