My instinct is that they want to expand possibly into other public infrastructure like the Brisbane Bus Depot. When things get a bit clearer might be a good time to pick up some good assets.
I bought a few more after they tanked. Will take up the offer but not sure how many.
They did not give much away about how there revenue is being affected other than in April they received 90% of rent owing. Not clear if the remaining 10% is rent forgiven or is some rent deferred (say 5% deferred and 5% forgiven). They did get some lease extensions in return.
Would be good if they could clarify this but I understand it might be currently difficult if negotiations are still underway.
