Managed by the well respected Charter Hall group as well, conservatively run IMO and not geared up to the eye balls to try and expand like crazy.
I just had to mention that since it's that type of out-of-control acquisitions that leveraging up that got ABC learning centres into trouble in the past and eventually went into liquidation.
