hi guys thinking of buying this one, is the book value here $4,09? so trading about 20% below NTA, looks good value here, what is everyone here doing with this one? just holding, buying more? are they expanding and buying more centres in the future?
how does this compare to charter hall RETAIL and LONG WALE? is this the safest out of all of them for the dividend?
