    no I can’t see it either.
    the long-term fixed interest rates with the big banks don’t really give comfort.
    I’m still in client to think that the current rates are the baseline for the future.
    the closer gearing levels are to 25% the better.
    the gearing levels on WPR where are think too high. The plan was for them to sell some of the service station land thin reduced debt.
    but the last market release stated that they were having trouble securing buyers because of the uncertainty with rates.
    I’m not worried at all by CQR
