So, if CQR get hold of this diversification then it is good as they not offering any silly premium either which is reflection that management at CQR aren't dumb.

if there is another bidder offering say for example $4 or $4.25 then also it is winning for CQR as their last 14% stake was bought at $3.35 if i am not wrong so win win for CQR either way !

I sold CQR last month only because I want to put my leg into REIT with quarterly dividend as more cash in my hand is better then sitting it with management. Just bought first parcel of HCW (high risk due to ongoing issue with rent reduction requested by operators).

I don’t they they will secure it but understand they already own a portion - well their intent was well signalled.

I will look at maybe invested some into HCW & DXC later today. I have scope to absorb profit with CGT and depend on divs to pay the power bills. I invested a healthy sum in HDN last year as an income stream. ( would have overpaid at the time - but l have never traded).
